FRAME COMPATIBILITY

Dropouts and spacing

  • Reference width: 135/150 mm.
  • The axle must sit fully without forcing or spreading the frame.
  • Measure the inner width, thickness and opening of both dropouts.
  • Frame and welds must be free from cracks, deformation and corrosion.
  • Two correctly fitted torque arms are mandatory. The confirmed M16 axle nut requires a 24 mm deep socket.

WHEEL AND DRIVETRAIN

What must fit

  • Available wheels: 26”, 27.5”, 29” and 700C.
  • Drivetrain: threaded freewheel; a cassette does not fit directly.
  • Check chain line and clearance around the motor.
  • With a disc brake, check diameter, mounting, caliper and spacers.

BATTERY AND DISPLAY

Available configurations

  • Battery: 52V 20Ah shark, 20Ah triangle, 30Ah triangle, or no battery.
  • Display: SW900 or UKC1.
  • Battery, controller and accessory voltage must match.
  • Never connect a battery of another voltage.

BEFORE INSTALLATION

Mandatory check

  • Confirm frame dimensions and all clearances.
  • Use brakes and tyres suited to the project’s weight and speed.
  • Never test the motor with the wheel incorrectly secured.
  • Have high-power configurations checked by an experienced person.

Intended use: 2000W configuration for private/off-road use unless the complete vehicle has the required approval. There is no 25Ah option at 52V; this kit offers 20Ah, 30Ah or no battery. Never force an incompatible fit.
