HUB-MOTOR REINFORCEMENT

Protect the dropouts against motor torque

Torque arms help stop the axle rotating or moving inside the dropout.

COMPATIBILITY

Check before installation

  • The axle profile must fit correctly.
  • The plate must sit flat without interference.
  • The arm needs a strong anchoring point.
  • Recommended from 1000W; use both sides for high power where possible.

INSTALLATION

Clean and safe setup

  • Switch off and remove the battery before connecting.
  • Align connectors without force and protect them from water.
  • Secure cables away from moving parts and sharp edges.
  • Test first with the wheel raised and unloaded.

Important: The 3000W and 5000W kits already include torque arms. They do not replace correct axle seating and nut torque.
